The Court of Cassation , in conjunction with the Ministry of Justice, wishes to develop automatic learning techniques in order to identify the data to be pseudonymized in court decisions before making them accessible and reusable. The results of this work will profoundly transform the dissemination of case law, strengthen the consistency of decisions rendered and citizens' confidence in the judiciary; they can be widely applied to other types of data.This machine learning model to automatically pseudonymize case law data and foster open data of case law. .
